Getting your order to you quickly and safely is very important to us, so we use Royal Mail for all our deliveries.

Costs depend on your location, how quickly you’d like your package and what you’ve ordered. You can find out everything you need to know about our delivery charges below.

All orders placed before 12:00 noon will be dispatched the same working day (for weekend and bank holidays they will be dispatched on the next working day)

Orders over £100 are eligible for free standard shipping for UK customers.

We offer international postage around the world. All our international prices are calculated at checkout to give you the best possible rates and options.

Delivery rates will depend on the value, weight and volume of your order and will be updated dynamically as you add items to your basket.

Please note that for international deliveries you may be subject to individual customs charges. These are out of our control, and you are solely responsible for any customs charges you may incur.

We’re confident that you’ll love your products, but if you need to return them for any reason, please read below for information.

You have the right to cancel your contract within 28 days of receipt of the goods. The easiest way to do this is to return the goods to us in accordance with the below instructions. If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 28 day period has expired you need to notify us of your intention to cancel, always within the 28 day period. In any case, you must return the goods to us in their original condition within 28 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to cancel (or, if you have not told us that you wish to cancel, within 28 days of receipt of the goods).
We will then refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the order has been returned, whichever is earlier. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

2. Write the corresponding letter into the ‘Return Code’ column against the relevant item on the delivery note that came with your order.

3. Then within 14 days after the date on which you told us that you wished to cancel your purchase (or, if you have not told us that you wish to cancel, within 28 days of the date of receipt of the goods, whichever is later) send the goods you wish to return along with the delivery note to:

You’ll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us

Any goods purchased online at our website(s) may not be returned to third party retailers, and must be returned by post to Garthenor.

4. After that, within 28 days of receipt of the goods by you, send the goods you wish to exchange along with the delivery note to:

5. Once we’ve received your package, and as long as the item(s) are in their original condition, we’ll send out your new goods within 14 working days.

Under the applicable EU legislation (including, but not limited to, Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in the national laws of EU Member States), you have 14 days (from the date on which you receive your order) to let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund of the goods in accordance with this Returns Policy.
Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
Problems with your order
We have a legal duty to ensure that we deliver products that conform with your contract. It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes we make a mistake. If we’ve made one with your order or you have any issues with the goods themselves, the first thing to do is contact us:

Once you’ve explained the fault or problem and given us your Order Number, we’ll then give you a Returns Number. You’ll need to fill this in, along with some other information, on the Returns Form, which should be in the box your order arrived in.
If your form has gone missing, don’t worry. Just email [email protected] and we’ll send you a new one. Once you have it, be sure to fill the form in carefully, clearly explaining the problem with the item(s) being returned. If your order was incorrectly packed or an item was faulty and you want a replacement, we’ll simply send you the correct item(s) or a new version of what you ordered.
If we’re at fault, we’ll also refund any costs you incur returning the item(s). We obviously won’t charge you for the delivery of the correct item(s) either.
Important Note:

Clothing: When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
Please also note that goods that have been made to your specifications or personalised cannot be returned.

Any goods purchased at a third party retailer must be returned to the third party retailer. We cannot be held responsible for any issues or complaints arising from sales with third party retailers.
If there is a dispute regarding the quality of any goods purchased at a third party retailer, you must file a return with this retailer (in line with their returns policy), and we recommend that the retailer contacts us directly.

To ensure a smooth returns process, please ensure all goods are kept in the condition in which they are sent. We recommend the following steps to ensure your goods retain their quality:
Keep the goods in a cool, dry place, away from direct light sources (natural and artificial).
Keep the goods sealed away from any odours or contaminants (smoke, air fresheners, pet hair etc.).
Keep the goods in their original resealable packaging.
All goods will be thoroughly inspected upon return, ands must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary or irresponsible handling by you.
