This is the original version of Number 1: a woollen-spun, single-ply laceweight made from 100% organic Shetland wool. Spun at New Lanark in Scotland, long before we had a mill of our own, it's soft, airy, and beautifully light - perfect for delicate shawls, lace scarves, and fine layering.

Available in three natural, undyed shades: Chalk, Chalkboard, and Boulder. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
