Delivery cost depends on where you are, and how much you're ordering.

For UK parcels, we have a flat rate fee of £3.99, and free shipping for any orders over £49.

EU deliveries will cost £6.99 (roughly €8), and free for any orders over £99 (roughly €115)

Deliveries to the rest of the world will cost £8.99 (roughly US$12), and free for any orders over £99 (roughly US$130)

If you're only ordering shade cards, shipping is free, anywhere in the world.

UK shipping takes around 2 days.

EU shipping takes around 3-5 days.

Worldwide shipping takes 5-7 days.

If we received your order before midday (Monday-Friday), we'll ship it out the same day, otherwise it'll probably be the next working day.

All our online deliveries are posted out using Royal Mail.

If you're overseas, this means it will be passed to your local postal service for delivery.

If your order is overseas, you may need to pay customs or import duties once it reaches you. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. For further advice, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office.
