Every yarn is manufactured to an agreed specification, from fibre selection through to the finished yarn.

Technical Support

We work with brands, designers and manufacturers to develop commercially viable yarns from sampling through to production.

Our Manufacturing Scope

We specialise in worsted spinning and bespoke manufacture. To ensure the best results, we focus on projects that fit our expertise.

  • Worsted spinning system
  • Minimum production run: 50 kg
  • GOTS certified organic and non-organic manufacture

Every Project is Different

We don’t manufacture from a catalogue. Every project is developed around an agreed specification, balancing fibre characteristics, manufacturing performance and the finished yarn to meet your objectives.

Where We Add Value

We specialise in the technical stages that turn fibre into commercially viable yarn. Whether we’re spinning in-house or coordinating specialist processes through trusted manufacturing partners, every project is managed to an agreed specification from start to finish.

From Fibre to Finished Yarn

1

From Fibre…

Every project starts differently. Some begin with a flock, others with a technical specification. Whatever you’re bringing to the table, we’ll help turn it into a manufacturable yarn.

2

…To Yarn…

Turning fibre into yarn is a process of thousands of decisions. We manage that complexity, coordinating each stage to produce yarns that perform as well in production as they do on paper.

3

…To Product

The best yarns don’t end at the spinning mill. They become garments, textiles and collections. We make sure yours is ready for what comes next.
